POLITICAL NEWS - On 28 August, the Southern Cape Region of the EFF had its second Regional People's Assembly where an RCT regional command team was elected by delegates from all the branches in the Garden Route District Municipality jurisdiction.
As the third biggest party in South Africa, the EFF is ready for the local government elections.
The party will launch its manifesto on 26 September.
"We maintain organisational constitutional internal democratic practices on national scale," said spokesperson Hein Scheepers. "Many smaller parties have no mass-based elected structures but have appointed leaders at branch and regional levels."
