MOSSEL BAY NEWS - Two security guards were found shot dead at the Louis Fourie Road garbage transfer station this morning, Monday 12 December.
The station is closed currently due to a police investigation.
The Mossel Bay Municipality noted on its Facebook page that the guards at the transfer station were found dead before 07:00, due to gunshot wounds.
The police, municipal law enforcement services and forensic services are on the scene. The Mossel Bay Municipality confirmed that until the transfer station is open to the public, the KwaNonqaba transfer station on Mayixhale Street, behind the municipal building, can be used.
The Mossel Bay Advertiser sent an enquiry to the KwaNonqaba Police spokesperson to find out more about the shooting of the guards.
