NATIONAL NEWS - The murder trial of alleged wife killer Jason Rohde will resume in February.
The former real estate executive is accused of killing Susan Rohde last July.
Her death was initially thought to have been a suicide but a State autopsy later revealed she was strangled.
Both the State and defence have relied heavily on forensic evidence since the start of the trial in October.
The State has set out to prove that Susan's suicide was staged.
The defence disputes this, arguing the deceased was suicidal and hanged herself following a fight with the accused.
