However, Mushtak Parker says if there is a decision to prosecute, it would be in the best interest of all concerned for it to be sooner rather than later.
Fransman is accused of sexually harassing and fondling a young woman who he hired to work for him earlier this year.
She claims he forced her to share a bed with him during a road trip to Rustenburg in January.
Louisa Wynand laid a complaint against Fransman with police at Sun City, but four months later she was told there was insufficient evidence to proceed with the matter.
