About 2,000 people participated in the Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions Movement (BDS) demonstration outside GrandWest casino last night.
The Pro-Palestinian organisation has criticised Woolworths for trading with Israel and Williams for collaborating with the retailer.
BDS says the demonstration was a success despite falling very short of the 16,000 protestors organisers had hoped for.
