Released 40 years after the white Series I Esprit entered cinema history by converting into a underwater vehicle while fending off baddies on the island of Sardinia, the bespoke Evora features a number of styling details in tribute to 007's submersible ride.
Based on the flagship Evora Sport 410 but with touches from Lotus' Exclusive in-house personalisation department, the one-off receives a two-tone coloured front bumper, one piece carbon-fibre tailgate, unique badge script taken from the Esprit, full-length black stripe down the side, tartan interior trim with red stitching and Alcantara finished dashboard.
Like the standard limited to 150 units Sport 410, the 3.5-litre supercharged Toyota-sourced V6 remains at unchanged with 306kW/420Nm of torque on tap, enough for a claimed 0-100 km/h sprint of 4.2 seconds and top speed of 300 km/h.
