Vehicle licence centre closing early
Roadworthy centre in Hibernia Street, George.

GEORGE NEWS - George Municipality Motor Vehicle Registration Centre in Hibernia Street will be closing early due to load shedding today, 17 May 2021.

Gates will close at 12.30pm after which as many people on the premises will be helped before systems must close for processing and cashing-up. 

Tickets will be issued for those who cannot be assisted in time for assistance first thing tomorrow morning.

Preparations for the installation of a generator at this facility are underway.

George Municipality apologises for the inconvenience.
