GEORGE NEWS - The George Licencing Service Centre in Pacaltsdorp will not be making any new appointments for learners and driving licences when the offices re-open in June.
This is on instruction of the Provincial Department of Transport in order for the backlog of appointments be dealt with first.
Those applicants who had appointments during the lockdown period - 27 March to 1 June - will be notified by SMS of their new appointment dates and times within the next few weeks.
If, for some reason you do not receive an SMS in the next two to three weeks, please contact the licencing service centre. All of the contact details are on the back of your payment receipt.
