GEORGE NEWS - A wildfire in Pacaltsdorp is still being attended to.
The head of the wildfire is moving in an easterly direction towards the Safari premises, as well as three other structures. There is a possibility that the fire could spread down into a gorge towards Oubaai.
Currently, this is a prioritised area and the Garden Route District Municipality (GRDM) Fire Service night shift crew, with an extra resource, is also en route to the scene to take over from the day shift.
Together with George Municipality Fire Service crew, the team will attempt to stop any further spread to these areas.
