Update
EDEN DISTRICT NEWS - De Vlugt fire on the western line ended at a slope.
On the trout farm there are no open flames visible, fire-lines are under control and far from any infrastructure.
Southern side of the fire-line is burning slow towards a game reserve.
This fire is currently inaccessible and still actively burning.
Firefighting operations continue at Molen River.
One Working on Fire team is coming in today and must be split up in two to tackle the western line, working towards each other to ensure that the fire-line is extinguished.
This tactic will ensure that the infrastructure on the western side of Molenriver is protected.
