GEORGE NEWS - Wilderness and surrounds are experiencing an unexpected power outage due to a fault on an Eskom power line.
Eskom has confirmed that its 66KV transformer has a fault. Other affected areas are Hoekwil, Kleinkrans, Pinedew, Langvlei and surrounds.
The problem is being attended to.
Update: Electricians continue to restore power supply
Parts of George have been experiencing power outages since Friday evening following rain and thunderstorms.
Electricians have been up and about restoring power supply.
