GEORGE NEWS - Western Cape Police Commissioner Lt-Gen Thembisile Patekile is currently hosting an imbizo in Thembalethu.
This forms part of the police's efforts in fighting crime.
George Mayor Leon van Wyk is also in attendance along with other role players from the NPA, police and other departments.
Today's focus will be the safety and security of the area.
