GEORGE NEWS - The Garden Route SPCA (GRSPCA) demonstrated their dedication to animal welfare by helping a bull in Pacaltsdorp yesterday, Monday 26 February.
The animal became distressed after a tin can was lodged around the half of it's right hind hoof, posing a significant threat to its well-being.
The operation to free the bull from its plight was no small feat.
GRSPCA inspectors faced a challenging task that required some innovative methods to safely remove the tin can using a pair of pliers and quick reflexes.
