GEORGE NEWS - The 2018 junior city council was addressed by Freddie Trout, founder and CEO of People Against Substance Abuse (Pasa), a registered non-profit organisation since 2009.
Trout urged the junior councillors to sell stickers at their schools for Tekkie Tax Day which will take place on 25 May.
By so doing, the learners will be able to obtain commission income for their schools.
For more information, contact Trout on 087 350 6076.
The junior councillors also extended a helping hand to the community after the meeting by distributing bread to the needy.
