This is the secret of longevity revealed by the remarkable George resident, Jean Ness, who turned 100 years old last week Tuesday.
Jean was cheery when the mayor of George, Charles Standers, and his wife, Estie, dropped in - along with Pastor Shawn Hunter of St Philips Church.
She is chirpy, still manages to walk around Tuiniqua Retirement Village with her walker, and enjoys listening to music with her Dutch friend, Evert Dorst, in the frail care unit.
