GEORGE NEWS - George police is asking for the assistance of the public in the search for Robert Schroeder (58) who was reported as missing in George.
According to Sergeant Chis Spies, the Southern Cape police spokesperson, it is believed that Schroeder attended a function in Herold on Sunday 11 August, from where he disappeared.
He is 1,7m tall and weighs 80kg and has a full beard.
A search to trace the missing Robert is underway in the vicinity of Herold but without any success. The investigation officer, Sergeant Fumanekile Nofemela, urged anyone with information on the whereabouts of the man to contact him on 044 803 4715, alternatively, Crime Stop can be phoned on 08600 10111.
