GEORGE NEWS - Art enthusiasts and creatives in George are in for a treat this December as Attic Atelier presents a trio of exciting events.

On 5 December, Attic Atelier will host its monthly First Thursday event, featuring an Open Mic Night that promises to showcase the best of local talent. 

Musicians, poets, dancers and performers are invited to take to the stage and share their creativity with the community.

In response to overwhelming demand from local artists and small businesses, Attic Atelier will also host two pop-up art markets this December.

These events will provide a platform for local artisans to showcase and sell their handmade wares. The markets will take place on Saturday 7 December from 10;00 and Friday 13 December from 18:00.

Attic Atelier, situated in a beautifully restored heritage building at 33 Langenhoven Street, George, has established itself as a vibrant hub for creative cultural experiences in the city.

Since its opening in August this year, the Atelier has consistently provided a platform for local artists and creatives to showcase their talents all over the beautiful Garden Route.
