Update
MOSSEL BAY NEWS - Yet another caucus is currently underway, this time requested by EFF's Deon Lamini.
Speaker Sean Snyman said it is the first time a councillor of a party has asked for a caucus when he is the only representative for the party at a meeting.
Cll Quampi, the other EFF councillor, is on leave.
Leminie said he is new and does not understand the proceedings, and that it has not been workshopped with him. He asked for time to call his guys in Cape Town for advise.
Snyman said no more caucusses will be allowed after Council return for the sixth caucus of the day.
