GEORGE NEWS - The DivorceCare course starts again on Tuesday 6 September at Soteria Church, 27 Victoria Street.
DivorceCare is a weekly seminar/support group that helps people heal from the hurt caused by a divorce or separation. It offers a warm, caring environment and is led by people who understand what divorcees are going through.
The course will start with an information/registration evening at 18:30, concluding at 20:30.
The registration fee is R280, which includes the DivorceCare workbook. People who are going through divorce, are separated or in a broken relationship are invited to join.
The course consists of 13 topics, such as dealing with your anger/loneliness/grief and depression, financial and legal issues, and conflict.
"DivorceCare will change your life and give you the tools you need to be able to discover hope again and experience healing," says Marianne Schwartz, one of the facilitators.
