GEORGE NEWS - The South Cape Symphony Orchestra in collaboration with the York High Band under the baton of Niall Jack will again be hosting their Carols by Candlelight concert which has become a tradition in George over the past six years.
Koos Greyling appealed to musicians to join in the fun.
"At this stage we call on all musicians who play an orchestral instrument (whether you are retired, music teacher or student) to join us for this concert.
"Whether you want to dust off your instrument or just want to play in an orchestra, you are welcome to come to rehearsals and see where and how you can fit in," he said.
"Hope to see you all next Tuesday."
Rehearsals will be held on Tuesdays in the Dutch Reformed Church George-South from 18:00 to 20:00.
The hall is on the corner of Fichat and Cradock streets.
