GEORGE NEWS - Two suspects, aged 15 and 16, were arrested following the murder of Renaldo Stalmeester (20) in Syferfontein on Sunday 13 September.
According to Southern Cape police spokesperson, Sgt Chris Spies, it is alleged that the victim was stabbed during an altercation with the teenagers.
"He sustained a stab wound in the chest and ran into a nearby yard where he collapsed," Spies said.
"An autopsy to determine the cause of death still needs to be conducted." The suspects appeared in court on Monday 14 September where the case was postponed for their formal bail application on this coming Monday, 21 September.
Both suspects remain in custody in a local juvenile detention centre.
