GEORGE NEWS - Motorists are warned to proceed with caution after an accident at the traffic light to the Garden Route Mall.
Police, traffic officials, the fire brigade and ambulance services are still on the scene.
Traffic is being controlled as the scene is being cleared up.
The exact circumstances of the accident and the extent of injuries are unconfirmed at this stage.
