GEORGE NEWS & VIDEO - The Cancer Association's annual Cuppa for Cancer at Eden Place on Saturday 29 July saw 400 women gathering for a festive morning in a French theme, with some brilliant entertaining by Este and Lourens Rabe, aka the Bottomless Coffee Band.

It was a morning for socialising and sheer fun with speeches kept to a minimum. 

The hostesses went to a lot of trouble in decorating their tables and dishing up mouth-watering eats.

Lovely Mrs South Africa finalist, Georgian Gela le Roux was the master of ceremonies. 

She used the opportunity to introduce her #Pure Gold Foundation that is aimed at "upcycling" products and empowering women to develop their creative abilities, learn new skills and create jobs for themselves and others.

The talented Bottomless Coffee Band, Este and Lourens Rabe, had the audience enthralled with a brilliant performance.
