OUDTSHOORN NEWS - The 2011 Agri Klein Karoo Expo in Oudtshoorn this weekend promises to be a fun-filled event for visitors - and outdoor lovers - of all ages! The expo is an exciting showcase of interactive community exhibitions to promote the importance of agriculture.
This year the expo will will be combined with the historic Infantry School Cango Marathon and Half Marathon. No less than 1600 entrants are expected at the marathon. And for the first time, cycling races wil be part of the fun and excitement.
Apart from tonight's ox braai, primary school tug of war and 5km fun run, visitors to the expo will also share in top class musical entertainment.
A definite highligt tomorrow will be a visit by the SWD Eagles rugby team. And at 12:00 Councillor Gordon April will do a tandem parachute jump from an airplane!
