GARDEN ROUTE DISTRICT NEWS - Pens will be provided at the voting stations tomorrow, 1 November.
Garden Route District communications officer Marlene Nqumse confirmed that the IEC is encouraging voters to use their own pens.
However, should a voter not have his/her own pen, one will be offered to them that will be sanitised after each usage.
