Flex your muscles at CrossFit's "Fittest in the Garden Route" competition or let your soles hit the ground in a 5km fun run/walk or 9km run at the Trail Run powered by Outeniqua Refrigeration.

"Fittest in the Garden Route" has become a favourite competition amongst CrossFitters in the Garden Route, from Plettenberg Bay to Mossel Bay. The competition, consisting of weightlifting, gymnastics and cardio, tests athletes in all aspects of functional fitness.
There will be categories for ladies' individual, men's individual and four-person teams, happening at 09:00 on Saturday 21 September. Contact CrossFit George to enter or to get more information.
Trail Run powered by Outeniqua Refrigeration
Some new curves and bends have been added to this year's route for the 5km fun run/walk for families and children older than nine.
The 9km trail run is suitable for people older than 13. Medals, cash, spot prizes as well as goody bags are up for grabs for the first 100 runners.
Be at the starting point at 09:00 for the 9km trail run and 09:15 for the 5km fun run/walk.
Make sure to enter now to qualify for the discounted pre-entry fees at R90 for the 5km fun run/walk and R110 for the 9km trail run. On-the-day entries will not be accepted.
The trail run routes run through the strawberry fields with magnificent views of the farm landscape, mountain and dams whilst CrossFit will happen in the hub of the festival.
Make sure to bring family and friends to cheer you on from the spectator-friendly points and enjoy the festival afterwards.
