GEORGE NEWS - A city-wide prayer initiative that started on Sunday 7 April will end with a mass prayer gathering this coming Sunday, 14 April, at the Conville Civic Centre.
Various Christian churches and groups are taking part in the annual national Jericho Walls prayer initiative during which Christians pray together 24/7. In George the initiative is jointly organised by church leaders, the Tipping Point prayer network and Love in Action initiative.
"The focus of this year's prayer is on revival, salvation and social justice. All Christians are invited to Sunday's prayer meeting," said Hilton Langeveldt of Tipping Point.
The doors open at 14:00 and the official programme will start at 15:00.
