GEORGE NEWS - Life Community Services is hosting a community market this coming Saturday, 6 April, on their premises on the corner of Nelson Mandela Boulevard and Main Street, Parkdene. It starts at 09:00 and concludes at 13:00.
A large variety of products, books and take-aways will be for sale and there will be a coffee shop for refreshments.
A 2km Family Walk will start at 09:00, with prizes and medals to be earned! There will be something for the whole family and a fun park for the kids.
The local communities of Parkdene and greater George are coming together to offer a rich cultural experience for everyone. The market focuses on bringing together the different skills and abilities from Life Community Services and products from their job creation ministry will be exhibited.
