GEORGE NEWS - York High School announced its head students and student leaders of 2023 during the annual valedictory at the school on Friday 21 October.
Headmaster Francois Moll used the opportunity to bid the matrics of 2022 goodbye and to motivate them for the last stretch.
The student leaders of 2023 are, front from left: Nel Visagie, Adélia dos Santos, Himmath Maharaj, Liyema Chiloane, Jordan Meyer, Savannah de Jongh and Aqeelah Essa. Back: Gabriel Brocker-Corns, Thsepo Kolonzi, Alexia Liu, Hugo Koen, Alaina Jonker, Mzomuhle Thwala and Amy van Schalkwyk.
