PLETTENBERG BAY NEWS - Authorities are warning motorists to steer clear of the N2 between the Shell garage and Kwanokuthula in Plettenberg Bay after rioting flared up once again.
Motorists are advised to use the town’s Airport Road as an alternative route.
The protest is believed to be about unhappiness about the electrification process of the Qolweni housing project.
