GEORGE NEWS AND VIDEO - The marchers have now passed Lawaaikamp along Nelson Mandela Boulevard.
According to journalist, Zolani Sinxo, their numbers have increased to about 150 people.
The march remains peaceful.
The marchers will deliver a memorandum to the municipal offices in York street.
Among the demands are electricity and proper sanitation.
