Update
GLENTANA NEWS - Mossel Bay Municipality will have the stranded whale carcass removed as soon as suitable machinery is made available, hopefully by tomorrow (Wednesday).
The carcass will then be cut into pieces and transported to the PetroSA landfill site where it will be buried.
As a safety and health precaution, the beach at Glentana remains closed to the public until further notice.
