GEORGE NEWS - If you are a creative videographer and you have some scenic footage of beautiful spots in and around George - and you want exposure - now is your chance.
The George Tourism Bureau is planning to "enliven" its website with videos. Tourism Manager Joan Shaw explains,
"We are in the process of putting together ideas for some fun and funky video footage for George and surrounds, that we will be using in our offices, but also on YouTube and other social media sites. If you have good video footage, please let us have a copy, in a format that can be transferred onto a USB and with permission to use it in our offices and on social media sites."
She stressed that submitting your video footage will automatically mean that you agree to them using the footage, free of charge and at their discretion."
