No virus can make these knitters drop a stitch
Covid-19 lockdown has not prevented the George Charity Knitting Club from knitting and donating. For Mandela Day they sent 100 beanies and teddies to Red Cross Hospital in Cape Town. Among the other recipients were George Hospital, Options, Life Community Services, St Vincent de Paul Society and St Luigi Scrosoppi Projects in Oudtshoorn. Fifty-seven children from the Golden Valley Crèche recently received jerseys and beanies from the club.

GEORGE NEWS - Covid-19 lockdown has not prevented the George Charity Knitting Club from knitting and donating.
