GEORGE NEWS - Garden Route Mall hosted a fun and exciting Photogenic 2010 competition on Saturday which secured a huge crowd of onlookers and participants from 5 to 70 years of age.

A fashion show by Maxeen’s Models, Ace Models, Crocs SA and Nini added some flair to the event.

A whopping R146 000 in prizes was handed over to the day’s winners. Prize sponsors included Gondwana Game Reserve, Kuzuko Lodge, Peter and Karen Chan, Crocs SA, Wilderness Resort, Nini, Browns the Diamond Store, Knysna Elephant Park, Dis-Chem, Ace Models and Maxeen’s Models. Further magic was created as prizes were also handed out from Garden Route Casino, Pinnacle Point Hotel, Pentravel, Avroy Shlain, Game, Wizards, Stylz, McDonald’s, Mugg & Bean, Spur and Cappuccino’s.
To round off the sponsorships, the Mall also gave away prizes from Mellin I Style, Willa Krause, Riana’s, Cango Wildlife Ranch, RVB, Exclusively Yours, Bianca’s Nails, The Old Hat Barber Shop, SMSS SA, Ster-Kinekor and Boesmanland Biltong.

The Mall management congratulated all the winners.
They also thanked the photographers who organised photographic studios for the event, namely Herman Pieterse, Lizl Windt, Martie de Jager and Aretha Botha.
