Travis was willing to drop the 216m to earth half naked at lightning speed as he is a man on a mission.
The jump was to focus people’s attention on the scourge of testicular cancer and to ensure that men go for regular check ups. Travis also wants to create publicity in George so that local guys can host their own Speedo run in 2011 - a yearly institution in Johannesburg.
Travis says his company is offering great prizes for the guy who does the most daring feat wearing only a speedo - all to fight testicular cancer. "Our company, Etana Insurance has sponsored a trip for two to Las Vegas and it is open to anyone who joins on the website, donates to cancer, and does something fun."
