GEORGE NEWS - Rainbow Riders will be hosting their Reliability Ride at their premises next to the R102 (airport road) on 28 March.
The event starts at 09:30 and teams of two to four riders can take part. Participants can also ride on their own if they prefer.
Each team decides on a team name and a colour. The aim is to complete the track in a certain time as determined by the organisers. Each rider / team gets a map and has to ride to each marshal on the track. The team finishing closest to that time is the winner. There will also be prizes for the best turned-out team, best horsemanship and most original.
Cooldrink and food will be available after the ride.
Covid-19 protocols apply and spectators and supporters are asked to please wear their masks.
