GEORGE NEWS - All residents of George older than 13 are invited to come and learn about valuable self-defence techniques at the Van Kervel School sport grounds on 5 March between 10:00 and 14:00.

This is a combined project on self-defence hosted free of charge by the police, the Community Policing Forum and Greystorm Tactical.

Please wear a tracksuit.
