GEORGE NEWS - Guided tours at the Garden Route Botanical Garden (GRBG) starts today, Wednesday 12 December. It will take place every Wednesday at 11:00. The cost is R50 per person.
Finn Rautenbach, manager of the GRBG Trust, told the George Herald tours are offered on a weekly basis till the middle of January.
"Join us to learn more about the GRBG, the exciting flora and fauna of the Garden Route and the history of the town of George. The tours will last between 1 and 2 hours and will be conducted by different guides. Everybody is welcome. It is the first time tours will take place on a set basis."
