GEORGE NEWS & VIDEO - Val Holland is ecstatic to have her beloved dog, Benji, back home after being missing for almost 24 hours.
During a walk with her at Witfontein yesterday, a cyclist lost control of his bike and collided into them, scaring Benji into running away.
Holland says because of the lockdown they had to call in the help of the Garden Route SPCA, through whose efforts Benji was found unharmed. He arrived back home this morning.
The cash reward she offered will be donated to the SPCA.
