GEORGE NEWS - Well-known artists of the Wilderness and George area are exhibiting their artwork at the Wilderness Hotel from Thursday to Saturday 15 to 17 February in the Wilderness Open Gallery 2018 exhibition.

The event is proudly hosted by Carole Durrant and Biance Ralph of Cabesa Gallery, BCreative Design and Print, and the Wilderness Hotel. 

This is the third annual Wilderness Open Gallery, which is beginning to receive recognition and support on a national level. 

Fifty artists and over 500 works of art and sculpture will be on display.

"It has long been our passion to provide and seek platforms for artists, to give them the aesthetic surroundings and conditions fitting to present their works respectfully. 

"Our artists should be elevated and celebrated. Come and join in our celebration!" said Durrant. 

A light buffet with the theme "Let's toast the artists" takes place on Thursday 15 February at 18:00.

This is a community project; entrance is free and no RSVP is necessary.
