GEORGE NEWS - An accident on the Thembalethu bridge claimed the lives of two pedestrians earlier today, Saturday 23 May, after they were hit by a BMW.
According to informatio, the BMW was taken for a test drive by a potential buyer, when the driver lost control of the vehicle and ploughed into three pedestrians.
Two pedestrians were killed and one seriously injured.
The injured pedestrian was taken to hospital by Eden911 paramedics while the driver and his passenger, both of whom sustained mild injuries, were taken to hospital by ER24.
