GEORGE NEWS & VIDEO - More than 112 voters have cast their vote by 09:00 at the Tyholorha Primary School voting station in Ward 9 and voters are arriving in a constant stream.
Thembinkosi Lento, ANC candidate, for Ward 9, says voters must come out to make their mark if they want to see improvement in their ward.
Samuel Makgoba, a resident of Ward 9, voted at Tyholorha Primary School voting station. He says he voted to see change. "If you don't vote, you can't complain. I vote so that our housing and services can improve."
