ELECTION NEWS - Voting stations across South Africa will close at 21:00 tonight.
You still have 1 hour to make your mark in the national and provincial elections.
When you arrive at your voting station, you will go through the following steps to cast your vote:
1. Present your valid identity document (green ID book, smart card or temporary ID) to the door controller at the entrance of the voting station. (A driver's licence is not an acceptable proof of ID.)
2. Move on to the table where you can check that you are on the voters' roll.
3. Get your ballot papers.
4. Have your identification document stamped.
5. Find an empty voting booth and make your X.
6. Cast your vote by inserting the ballot papers in the available boxes.
