The Witfontein Nature Reserve and the Garden Route dam both cater for hikers and cyclists. On the George Trails website, South Africa's largest and most diverse network of mountain biking, trail running and hiking routes, you can download more than 1 000km of trails on your GPS or phone.
Golf in the area doesn't need much of an introduction. Golfers are spoilt for choice with some of the best internationally renowned golf courses in the world and the number one golf course in SA is our very own The Links.

Soar like an eagle above the world by joining one of the local hang-gliding or paragliding schools for a tandem flight. Abseiling is also a popular activity in the area, or you can enjoy any of the horse trails on offer.
If you're more of a water baby, rent a canoe or a stand-up paddle (SUP) board, join a kloofing or canyoning tour or take surfing lessons.
