GEORGE BUSINESS NEWS - Sharon Prinsloo Attorneys celebrated nine years in business last week with a special relaunch function at their newly renovated offices at 3 Varing Avenue in Dormehlsdrift.
The all-female team, whose main focus is property transfers, was proud to also introduce its online and social media presence through a website and Facebook page that went live four weeks ago, branded with an all-new logo.
Owner Sharon Prinsloo qualified as attorney and conveyancer in 2002 and did criminal and litigation work before starting her own practice in 2010, concentrating mainly on conveyancing with only one secretary to assist her.
It has grown steadily and today, two candidate attorneys, two full-time secretaries and a receptionist make up the staff. Their service is what distinguishes them throughout the Garden Route.
Most of their clients are in other towns, but they aim to make inroads in George through a more robust local marketing effort.
"We put client service first and foremost and are passionate about what we do. Each transaction is different. It is a big responsibility as we work with people's biggest assets and we want our clients to have the peace of mind that their transaction is in expert hands," says Prinsloo.
Many of their transactions are referrals from estate agents who have come to know the team for their professional and dedicated approach. Offer to purchase contracts or agreements of sale can also be drawn up for clients who prefer not to work through an estate agent.
"Candidate attorney Helga Matthee joined our firm last year and she has brought a new dynamic with her. The other mainstays of the firm are candidate attorney Tracy Pretorius (also assisting with secretarial duties), secretaries Lizette van Zyl and Gerda Beets, and receptionist Sharri Visser."
