The award ceremony was held on Friday 25 July at the Hyatt Regency Oubaai Resort and Spa.
The PMR awards are based on a random survey done among top professionals in the public and private sector in the region across 75 different categories. The awards are the culmination of a research process whereby companies and institutions are rated based on respondents' perceptions with a strong focus on evaluating and measuring customer service and satisfaction.
The Diamond Arrow Award labels the George Herald as "Outstanding - first overall".
