Working individuals are supported in their on-going quest for career progression and personal development through the completion of various management and leadership programmes at the school.
In George, the Intermediate Leadership Programme for Supervisors and the Management Development Programme for middle to senior managers are currently offered.
Exit presentations by supervisors and middle managers who completed the programme were completed last week, and the success of these delegates are astounding in terms of personal development as well as a very high standard of improved work output and achievements.
