BUSINESS NEWS - Choosing a school for children is more than just an educational decision.
It is about nurturing their future, cultivating their heart and helping them grow in faith and character. At King’s College, we are honored to partner with families on this journey.
Growing school with heart for children
Since opening in 2025 with just 56 learners, today we are blessed with 69 in our family.
We will also be adding Grade RRR and Grade 9 in 2026 and are now accepting applications for all our grades.
To support our growth, we are investing in new spaces. Our Coding and Robotics room is almost ready, allowing our learners to explore the exciting world of technology.
In addition, we are putting the finishing touches to our Prayer Room - a space where learners, parents, and staff can come together to pray and find comfort in God’s presence.
Vision for future
The expansion of King’s College is an ongoing process and we’re working hard to complete Phase 1B by the end of 2025 or early 2026.
This phase includes the construction of new classrooms to better serve our learners. As we grow, we are committed to maintaining the same loving, close-knit atmosphere that has made King’s College a special place.
Faith-centered education
Faith is at the core of everything we do. Each Friday morning, we come together for Praise and Worship, where students sing and share their musical talents. It’s a time when we celebrate God’s goodness and the unique gifts He has given each child.
With our Prayer Room, we will be able to invite parents to join our dad’s and mom’s prayer groups, coming together in prayer for the school, our families and the children we serve.
Embracing creativity and arts
Through our Drama, Arts and Crafts programme, students engage in hands-on projects that spark imagination and self expression. Many of these learners are preparing for the Eisteddfod, where they will showcase their skills.
Our Cultural Evening is another highlight, where all can come together to witness the amazing talents of our students. This event is a reminder of the incredible creativity God has placed in each of them.
Nurturing physical health and wellness
We believe in nurturing the whole child - mind, body and spirit. Our students are encouraged to stay active through a variety of sport and outdoor activities. Whether it’s soccer, netball, mountain biking or the trail running programme, each activity is an opportunity for growth.
For our younger learners, playball offers a playful, structured approach to physical education, helping our littlest ones develop coordination and confidence.
We also look forward to new opportunities in athletics as we continue to listen to the interests of our students.
Serving others through outreach
Our school community is built on the values of love, service and kindness. Through our #KC-EDU-CARE outreach programme, we encourage our students to give back.
One beautiful example was when our Grade 8 learners delivered Easter gifts to children in need as part of our Buddies for Life initiative. It’s moments like these that remind us all of the joy that comes from serving others.
Admissions for 2026 are now open and we invite you to explore what makes King’s College the perfect place for your child to grow.
