GEORGE NEWS - George Municipality is undertaking repairs to the intersection of madiba and Knysna Road following the collapse of a sewer mainline.
Construction will take place from Wednesday 21 to Thursday 22 January.
During the construction period, temporary traffic disruptions are expected.
The municipality will make sure every effort to notify residents and businesses in advance of any scheduled interruptions via its official social media channels, website, and other communication platforms.
As part of the road repairs, the Madiba and Knysna Road intersection will be closed between 15:00 and midnight.
Access to Glenwood and Saasveld will be affected.
